Directions to Sunnycroft

From Exeter take the A30 west (signposted ‘Okehampton’). Continue on this road until you pass the exit for Bodmin, after which the dual carriageway comes to an end at a roundabout. Take the first left to St Austell (A391), following this road all the way until it reaches the A390. Turn right onto the A390. Staying on the A390, you will pass an ASDA supermarket on your left. Shortly after the ASDA you will come across a double roundabout with a McDonald’s on the left - go straight across. Sunnycroft is approximately 400 metres on the right hand side.

On the edge of St Austell, Sunnycroft is within easy reach of Cornwall’s best beaches and attractions. Less than 3 miles away is the wonderful Eden Project – so astonishing, you’ll want to spend more than one day there. The Lost Gardens of Heligan, also just a few minutes drive from Sunnycroft, is another Cornish treasure that offers an amazing day out, whatever the weather.

The south Cornish coast has a unique beauty, and there are many wide sweeping bays, tiny hidden coves and ancient fishing villages to discover. St Austell itself has been given a dramatic face-lift, and with new restaurants, bars and shops, is now a bustling seaside town.

Whether you are looking for peace and relaxation or a week filled with excitement and activity, Sunnycroft makes a fantastic base from which to explore.
